Ok so there is table sugar(the chemical),there is sugar in fruits,in honey, then we have sugar in vitamins,cereal,Everything...(Except vegetables i guess,i also guess some veggies too have sugar)
all the sweeteners and many foods are/have the elements which make sugar...fructose and glucose
so im kinda confused here,i stopped using normal table chemical sugar,i use only honey as a sweetener and that also needs to be used in moderation bcuz that too contains fructose and glucose, its just that from what ive read for example in honey those 2 substances are individually while in table sugar they are mixed and its easier on the body to deal with them beeing seperate (like in honey for exmpl.) than them beeing merged (table sugar)
So i guess some sweet, sugar,is required for bodies normal function, but i need some clarification here, lets say for sure fruits are healthy, honey is healthy, but they both contain fructose and glucose,so whats the deal? moderation?
and also vitamins and such supplements, should i be getting Sugar Free, cereal sugar free? how much sugar is enough?
you get my confusion, its a bit deeper now than just saying ok i stop using white sugar or brown sugar and i exchange it with honey and im done, problem solved!!!
problem not solved,so someone help out here,do we have a sugar, sweeteners, fructose glucose expert?
