Default Question About Protein Empty
PostSubject: Default Question About Protein    Default Question About Protein Icon-new-badgeFri Aug 26, 2011 9:48 pm

Does the protein in spirulina (8 amino acids) and bee pollen (22 amino acids) have everything that animal protein has to offer?

Just curious.

If so, when people used to say, "well, if you're not eating animals, then you still have to find a way to get some protein".....is that a thing of the past? Are we way beyond that old statement?
