I’m suffering from Constipation because I drink bottel store juice, eat noodles, can soup and so on so. I drink 2 liters of water each day but I’m not getting my fiber. So I thought I would go down and get a juicer and juice up some apples, celery, and carrots then take the juice and the palp and mix them together but I’m not sure how to consume it. Maybe I could put it in a high speed blender. I always take my dog for her morning walk in Phoenix so I thought I could make this and use a food saver and have a pint of this before my morning walk and I should be able the make enough for 3 days. Do I need to put something else in this because I’ve never did this before. Any advice?
