I just got a blood test done and one of the things was that I had low phosphorus/phosphate levels (2.3 and recommended it 2.5-4.5). I get plenty of meat and have some lactate milk at least once a day or so. How can I increase the phosphate levels?
I'm thinking that this may be the reason why I lack energy / have achy muscles.
I don't know if it's related but I also had:
high red blood cell count
high hemoglobin
high hematrocrit (all of these were only slightly higher than the highest recommended level)
and LOW platelet count (118)
