Do antioxidants and multiviatamins cancel each other out in the body when taken at the same time? If this is true how do you not intake any antioxidants around the time you take a multiviatamin? Plenty of foods have antioxidants in them that you don't even think about. Furthermore if you can't intake them in the body at the same time how far apart should they BE intaken in the body to have maximum affect for each suppliment?
