U.S. health officials said yesterday Friday, the outbreak of listeria bacteria due to contaminated fruits Quintalob killed 15 people in the United States and infected 84 others.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said that 19 states have reported outbreaks of infection in one of the four strains of bacteria listeria-related outbreak.
Among the victims of Fifteen, five in New Mexico and three in Colorado and two in Texas and one each in Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
